Meet the Panelists

Devon Hankins
DeVon Hankins, CEO of Ascension Strategies, is a dynamic leader dedicated to helping people and organizations reach their highest potential. Blending her expertise as a strategist, speaker, facilitator, coach, and storyteller, she brings clarity, focus, and momentum to every endeavor. With roots in military service, a master’s in AgEcon, and experience across government and private sectors, DeVon thrives at navigating both big-picture strategy and on-the-ground execution. Certified in performance management and widely published, she combines knowledge with action. A U.S. Army veteran, she also serves as board chair of Louisville Girls Leadership and trustee for Bernheim Forest & Arboretum.

Tracy Hardin
Tracy Hardin is the founder and President of Next Century Technologies located in Lexington, KY. She has a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Kentucky. Her continuing education includes certifications in computer networking and design from Novell and Cisco. She spent over a decade doing network administration in the corporate world before going on her own in 2001. Her clientele hails from many different sectors including financial, medical, veterinary, construction, tv/radio, manufacturing, and accounting. In 2024, Tracy completed her first two books: “How to Cyber Secure Your Business” and “How to Manage IT in Your Business”, both available on Amazon.

Julie Roberts
Julie Roberts is a 20 year veteran of the Insurance Restoration Industry, with ownership of 11 Servpro franchise in Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio.  She serves on Servpro Headquarters Operating Systems Improvement Board, as well as the Eastern Kentucky University School of Business Advisory Board and as the Advocacy Chair for NAWBO’s Kentucky Chapter.  Julie is also a Professional Public Speaker through her Speak With Julie platform, where she shares entrepreneurial successes and failures as well as advocates for her family’s passion, Organ Donation.  On weekends you can find her at the lake with her husband and two sons.
