Mindfest is a free community mind strengthening event infused with music, food, entertainment, art, yoga, vendors, panel discussions, and more. Mindfest seeks to provide the community with access and resources while creating an environment for connection, education and fun. Mindfest is nested under the Mental Health Lou & You nonprofit.
