Community Advocates for Resources and Empowerment (C.A.R.E) is a 501(c)(3) founded in 1999 to manage affordable properties, revolutionize eviction prevention, and focus on keeping families in homes. (C.A.R.E.) connects individuals to opportunities for wellness, stability, and housing with dignity and respect. Since opening in October 2022, Arthur Street Hotel has supported more than 260 formerly unhoused individuals move into permanent housing.
