Greater Louisville Inc. is convening an Industry Roundtable focused on workforce challenges and opportunities facing the region’s manufacturing sector. This session will bring together HR and talent development leaders from across manufacturing businesses, both GLI Advanced Manufacturing & Logistics (AML) network members and non-members, to foster open dialogue, share workforce challenges, and identify actionable resources to combat those challenges.

The roundtable will feature participation from Kelly Gold, GLI’s Vice President of Talent, Workforce & Education, Emily Drexler, GLI's Workforce Development Partnerships Liaison, and Michael Gritton, Executive Director of KentuckianaWorks. Key areas of focus will include regional labor market trends, talent pipeline strategies, the Academies of Louisville program, and opportunities to align with workforce funding and training resources.

This session is designed to deepen connections between industry related HR professionals, GLI, KentuckianaWorks to provide a venue of open dialog to help shape future programming and initiatives that address industry-specific needs.

A 3% credit card processing fee is added during registration.
