I am a passionate startup and community builder helping innovation-driven, technology-based companies, using lean startup methodology, and assist entrepreneurs with customer acquisition, capital access, talent attraction and key strategic introductions. I direct the Vogt Invention & Innovation Awards accelerator providing grant funding, coaching, mentorship, and business programs to early-stage startups with the ability to scale quickly. Previously I led Greater Louisville Inc.’s EnterpriseCorp, an entrepreneurial support organization, as VP Entrepreneurship and Talent, and directed the Louisville region of the Kentucky Innovation Network. I have launched numerous programs, workshops, and events that add to the culture of Louisville’s vibrant startup community including the Year of the Entrepreneur (2018) for which Greater Louisville Inc. was recognized with ACCE’s Chamber of the Year award and I was co-founder of the Louisville Enterprise Angels. In 2015, I was recognized as a “20 People to Know in Tech/Innovation" by Louisville Business First.
